Mary Elam joined EFinancial Advisors after ten years in marketing with the SC Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism and four years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Bristol Myer-Squibb. She is graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (College of Business and Industry).
Mary is the COO and Manager, Account Services for EFinancial Advisors. She is also a licensed insurance representative and can assist with both individual and employee benefit plans that the firm installs for its’ clients. She is certified to offer Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements in South Carolina as well. In addition, she also manages the daily operations of the company and is very passionate about her role in serving clients who seek assistance at EFinancial Advisors.
Mary's past community involvement include serving on the boards of director for the SC HIV/AIDS Council, Edventure Children’s Museum and Brookland Baptist Child Development Academy. Currently, Mary serves on Historic Columbia's Board of Trustees and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Gamma Nu Omega Chapter and The Columbia (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated where she is involved in serving the needs of the local community.
