Stock Options

Many companies now include various types of stock option plans as part of the company’s overall compensation package.  Stock option plans are typically performance-based or incentive driven with the hope that an employees’ financial stake in the company’s growth will increase their motivation, performance and loyalty.  Deciding what to do with stock options can be both complex and confusing.
